Shipping

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, the confirmation email will be send to you within 24 hours(it should arrive your e-mail's junk folder).

Orders usually ships out within 2-5 days, we will need time to prepare the package for you, it will marked as a free gift value under $20 USD in order to avoid the Custom Tax; once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be sent to your contact e-mail within the next 48 hours.

We will deliver your order by Parcel Force - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking) through EMS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, USPS. Deliveries usually take 5-10 working days to arrive your address(Christmas Sales Time will be delayed, 10-15 working days). It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Orders may be delayed or cannot be sent out for the following reasons:

1. Wrong or unspecific address.
2. Order is pending a credit card approval and verification.
3. A product is currently out of stock.
4. An order requires special customization.
5. An order is shipped to a special location.

Note:

We need you to provide us a detailed shipping address and right contact number. Please bear in mind that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our parcels need a signature after you get your parcel.

The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your parcel.

Note: Delivery is guaranteed. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked we will reship it once again. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer. 

Return Policy:

At our store your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us, we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

Replacement

Within 10 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or something elso, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged by you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Refunds

We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase (From the date products were received, Please note that our gucci store is not responsible for return shipping costs), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Return and Partial Refund

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:

  • 1. "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
  • 2. "The product is not what Id imagine it to be."
  • 3. "I am not satisfied with this product."

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Return and full refund

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage.
